Vashti Nichole Brown, Kyle Canter, Devin Bachman and Earl Miller were killed on February 13, 2016 when a vehicle driven in the wrong direction on I-75 by James Pohlabeln collided with the victims. The vehicle driven by Mr. Pohlabeln was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes, police say. Mr. Pohlabeln's vehicle struck the vehicle carrying the victims, and the victims' vehicle flipped onto the top of Mr. Pohlabeln's vehicle. Authorities are still investigating the circumstances that led Mr. Pohlabeln to cause this accident.
